Kharrido supplies quality consumer electronics accessories and mobile peripherals to registered businesses across India. If you are a retailer, distributor, or institutional buyer, this page explains how to get started.

Who Is Eligible?

We work with:

  • Registered retail stores and chain outlets
  • Regional distributors and sub-distributors
  • Corporate and institutional buyers (IT departments, schools, offices)
  • Online resellers with an active business presence

Individual or personal purchases are not eligible for wholesale accounts.

Required Business Details

To open a wholesale account you will need to provide:

  • Legal business name and registered address
  • GSTIN (GST Identification Number)
  • PAN of the business or proprietor
  • A valid business email address and primary contact number
  • Nature of business (retail, distribution, institutional, reseller)

How to Apply

  1. Submit your enquiry – Email us at wholesale@kharrido.in with your business details listed above.
  2. Verification – Our team reviews your application and verifies your GST and business details. This typically takes 2–3 business days.
  3. Account activation – Once approved, you will receive an invitation to create your wholesale account login. Use this login to access wholesale pricing and place orders.
  4. Place your first order – Log in to your account and browse the wholesale catalog. Add items to your cart and check out as normal.

Ordering Process

  • All orders are placed through your dedicated account login on our store.
  • Wholesale pricing is applied automatically once your account is active.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply to certain product categories — these are shown on the product page.
  • Orders are confirmed via email after successful checkout.
  • Dispatch timelines and shipping details will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
