By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All product prices, descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment must be made before order processing unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Sale items and Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

6. Warranty

  • Products covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be serviced through the respective authorized service center.
  • Products covered by our seller warranty must be returned to us within the warranty period.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges for warranty claims.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kharrido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
